Support the activity of the continuous improvement in Factory and to identify opportunities for further improvement, in line with Factory and corporate strategies and targets. Working effectively and in collaboration with all site employees to transmit the methodology and approach of continuous improvement
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
* Target Setting Methodology
* TPM Development Program
* Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
* ABC Costing Knowledge, Profit & Loss
* Work with Toyota is more preferable
* S1 – Technical Industry
* 5 – 10 Years Working Experience
