Lowongan kerja Di Departemen Perhubungan September 2010


Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia memberi kesempatan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia pria dan wanita yang memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan D.IV, S1, dan S2 atau yang disetarakan untuk mengikuti Seleksi Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) Kementerian Perhubungan Tingkat Sarjana (D.IV, S1, S2) Formasi Tahun Anggaran 2010.

I. PERSYARATAN UMUM

1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Berusia minimal 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan maksimal 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 01 Desember 2010;
3. Berijazah D.IV, S1, S2 atau yang disetarakan, baik dari lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah terakreditasi;
4. Untuk Ijazah yang diperoleh dari sekolah atau perguruan tinggi di luar negeri hanya dapat dihargai apabila telah diakui dan ditetapkan sederajat dengan ijazah dari perguruan tinggi negeri yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Nasional;
5. Diutamakan yang memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat / TOEFL dan dapat mengoperasikan Program Komputer Ms. Office;
6. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan tindak pidana kejahatan;
7. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Swasta;
8. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon / Pegawai Negeri / TNI / POLRI;
9. Berkelakuan Baik;
10. Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani;
11. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).

II. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

1. Untuk Formasi Pelaut D.IV. Nautika + ANT III atau Strata B Nautika diwajibkan memiliki sertifikat ANT II sedangkan untuk formasi D.IV Teknika + ATT III atau Strata B Teknika diwajibkan memiliki sertifikat ATT II;
2. Untuk Formasi Sarjana Hukum Internasional, diwajibkan memiliki sekurang-kurangnya TOEFL 500 yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga resmi yang berbadan hukum;
3. Kualifikasi Pendidikan Penerbang, Pelaut D-IV Nautika + ANT I atau ANT II, D-IV Teknika + ATT I atau ATT II dan S1 Teknik Elektronika Penerbangan usia dapat lebih dari 35 tahun dan paling tinggi 40 tahun pada tanggal 01 Desember 2010, dengan persyaratan memiliki pengalaman kerja pada instansi atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum paling kurang 13 tahun pada tanggal 17 April 2010 dan masih melaksanakan tugas pada instansi/lembaga swasta tersebut;
4. Memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) sekurang-kurangnya 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima).
Catatan : Panitia akan memberlakukan sistem ranking berdasarkan nilai IPK tertinggi sesuai dengan kebutuhan jabatan dan kompetensi untuk menentukan jumlah peserta ujian, apabila jumlah pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan melebihi jumlah peserta ujian yang ditentukan dengan ratio formasi dengan pelamar 1:20.

III. KETENTUAN PENDAFTARAN

1. Pendaftaran hanya dilayani secara ONLINE melalui website Kementerian Perhubungan dengan alamat: www.dephub.go.id, dimulai sejak tanggal 27 September s.d. 11 Oktober 2010, dan mencetak serta mengirimkan Bukti Registrasi Pendaftaran ONLINE;
2. Berkas Administrasi Lamaran dikirimkan melalui PO BOX yang telah ditetapkan beserta Bukti Registrasi Pendaftaran ONLINE selambat-lambatnya diterima tanggal 16 Oktober 2010 (Cap Pos);
3. Jika ada pelamar yang pernah mengirimkan lamaran sebelum pengumuman ini maka dinyatakan tidak berlaku;
4. Berkas Administrasi Lamaran terdiri dari:
a. Surat Lamaran yang harus ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar yang ditujukan kepada:

Bagi Pelamar Kualifikasi Pendidikan Penerbang, Pelaut D-IV Nautika+ANT I atau ANT II, D-IV Teknika+ATT I atau ATT II dan S1 Teknik Elektronika Penerbangan yang usianya lebih dari 35 tahun sampai dengan 40 tahun, harus melampirkan foto copy sah Surat Keterangan Pengalaman Kerja pada instansi atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum paling kurang 13 tahun pada tanggal 17 April 2010 dan masih melaksanakan tugas pada instansi/lembaga swasta tersebut;
5. Berkas Administrasi Lamaran dikirimkan ke:

PO BOX 1090 MDN, untuk pilihan lokasi seleksi (Tes) di Medan
PO BOX 3000 MAKASSAR 90000, untuk pilihan lokasi seleksi (Tes) di Makassar
PO BOX 3381 DENPASAR, untuk pilihan lokasi seleksi (Tes) di Denpasar
6. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan 1 (satu) berkas lamaran dan untuk 1 (satu) jabatan formasi yang tersedia;
7. Pada Amplop Berkas Administrasi Lamaran dicantumkan Kode Lamaran yang ditulis pada Bagian Kanan Atas Amplop dan Stop Map;
8. Kode Lamaran dapat dilihat pada Lampiran I di bawah ini (Daftar Jenis Jabatan, Kualifikasi Pendidikan, Jumlah Formasi, Penempatan dan Kode Lamaran);
9. Apabila Berkas Administrasi Lamaran yang diterima panitia tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai persyaratan dinyatakan TIDAK LULUS SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI.

IV. TAHAPAN DAN PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI

1. Seleksi dilaksanakan dengan sistem gugur melalui tahapan sebagai berikut:
a. Hasil seleksi Administrasi direncanakan diumumkan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2010;
b. Pelamar yang lulus Seleksi Administrasi diberikan Tanda Peserta Seleksi direncanakan dibagikan pada tanggal 25 s.d. 28 Oktober 2010. Tempat pengambilan Tanda Peserta Seleksi diumumkan melalui website Kementerian Perhubungan dengan alamat: www.dephub.go.id.
Catatan : Pengambilan Tanda Peserta Seleksi tidak dapat diwakilkan dan pelamar wajib membawa identitas diri dan pas foto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar dengan menuliskan nama dan kode lamaran di balik pas foto.
c. Seleksi Tertulis, berupa TES KOMPETENSI DASAR (TKD), yang meliputi Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU), Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS) dan Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK) serta TES KOMPETENSI BIDANG (TKB), berupa Tes Substansi (TS) Perhubungan direncanakan pada tanggal 04 November 2010;
d. Seleksi Keahlian dan Keterampilan (Wawancara, Psikotes dan Focus Group Discussion) bagi peserta yang dinyatakan Lulus Seleksi Tertulis Tingkat Sarjana (D.IV, S1, S2) direncanakan pada tanggal 15-21 November 2010.
2. Nama Peserta Yang Lulus Tiap Tahapan Seleksi akan diumumkan melalui WEBSITE KEMENTERIAN PERHUBUNGAN dengan alamat www.dephub.go.id dan papan pengumuman yang ditunjuk pada kota/lokasi:

V. KEWAJIBAN PENYAMPAIAN KELENGKAPAN ADMINISTRASI BAGI PELAMAR YANG DINYATAKAN LULUS DAN DITERIMA SEBAGAI CPNS KEMENTERIAN PERHUBUNGAN

Pelamar wajib menyerahkan kelengkapan administrasi berupa:

1. Surat lamaran yang ditulis tangan dengan huruf balok oleh yang bersangkutan dengan tinta hitam serta mencantumkan kode lamaran;
2. Salinan / Foto Copy Ijazah sesuai dengan formasi yang dibutuhkan dan dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang dan Transkrip Nilai (Surat Keterangan Lulus Sementara tidak berlaku);
3. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
4. Pas Foto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) lembar dengan mencantumkan nama dan kode lamaran dibalik pas foto;
5. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK);
6. Surat Keterangan Sehat dari dokter yang dilengkapi hasil check-up lengkap kesehatan;
7. Surat Keterangan Bebas Narkoba;
8. Kartu Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dikeluarkan oleh Instansi yang bertanggungjawab di bidang Ketenagakerjaan;
9. Surat Pernyataan Bersedia Tidak Pindah ke Unit Kerja / Instansi Lain, minimal 5 (lima) tahun terhitung sejak tanggal pengangkatan sebagai CPNS ditulis tangan dengan huruf balok dan tinta hitam serta dibubuhi materai Rp. 6.000,00.

VI. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN

1. Berkas Administrasi Lamaran yang diproses hanya yang dikirim melalui PO BOX yang telah ditentukan;
2. Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS tidak dikenakan biaya atau pungutan dalam bentuk apapun juga;
3. Setiap perkembangan informasi Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS Kementerian Perhubungan Tingkat Sarjana (D.IV, S1, S2) Tahun Anggaran 2010 akan disampaikan melalui website Kementerian Perhubungan dengan alamat: www.dephub.go.id. Kelalaian tidak mengikuti perkembangan informasi menjadi tanggung jawab pelamar;
4. Bagi peserta seleksi yang telah dinyatakan lulus akhir, wajib mendaftar ulang dan melengkapi berkas administrasi untuk pengangkatan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak diumumkan. Kelalaian dalam memenuhi ketentuan batas waktu dianggap mengundurkan diri dan akan digantikan oleh peserta pada ranking nilai di bawahnya;
5. Apabila pelamar memberikan keterangan/data yang tidak benar, dan di kemudian hari diketahui, baik pada setiap tahapan tes/ujian, maupun setelah diangkat menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Perhubungan, maka Kementerian Perhubungan berhak membatalkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Perhubungan;
6. Apabila terdapat kekurangan atau kelebihan pelamar pada jabatan atau lokasi tertentu maka Panitia berhak mengubah penempatan dalam jabatan ataupun lokasi bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus;
7. Keputusan Panitia Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggugugat.

* Preparing monthly reconciliation of the related accounts.
* Supporting audit group by providing data and answering questions related to his/her job scope whenever necessary

Requirements:

* Educational discipline from Accounting or Finance
* At least 5 years experience in handling accounting and tax in a company, including, minimal, 2 years experience in preparation of corporate income tax returns. In addition to the experience in the preparation of the corporate income tax return, experience in the preparation of financial reports is preferable.
* Knowledge or familiarity with Indonesian income tax issues. Knowledge in Oil and Gas or Geothermal tax issues is a plus.

Qualification :

* Experience with clastic, carbonate, and shaley sand reservoir evaluation.

Senior Technician Mechanical (OPS-EXP/GPO-SLK)

Responsibilities :
